  • Can I still have a survey during COVID-19?

    Yes, all surveys can be carried out safely following the government guidelines surrounding social distancing and covid-19. 


    Our surveyor will wear gloves (and/or use hand sanitizer frequently) and keep at least 2 meters distance at all times. Where possible, it would be best to keep one person in a room at any time or survey the property whilst it is vacant. 


    We can tailor the service to meet guidelines and operate in best practice for each individual client and property. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We are available between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. However, if flexibility is needed to best meet your needs we will be more than happy to do what we can for you. 

  • Why do I need a heat loss survey?

    Without knowing the heat demand of your property, it is impossible to install the correct heat pump equipment to suit your needs. 


    Ultimately, if you have equipment installed without solid heat loss calculations completed beforehand the whole systems function and efficiency is at risk. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We can accept payment by bank transfer, cash or card payments. 

  • Am I committed to an installation if I have a survey?

    You are not committed to any installations when using Regenertec Consulting. We are an independent business providing you with the information you need to decide whether the installation being investigated is suitable for you.

  • Do you offer installation services?

    Regenertec Consulting do not directly offer installations but we will be happy to assist you in finding the best installer for you. 


    We also have a list of approved installers ready to take on your project.

  • I am an installer - can we work with you?

    We work directly with installers and engineers to provide services to maximise your valuable time. We conduct all surveying services on behalf of your organisation in a consultant capacity and promise that we will discuss things that are strictly technical only to benefit your business.
