Our Response to COVID-19
We are now back open allowing surveys to commence in peoples properties in compliance with government legislation and guidance.
Our surveyors have completed training on COVID-19 and infection control measures so we have a clear understanding on how we can to do our part in reducing the spread of the virus. All surveys will be completed with full PPE and social distancing measures maintained. If possible, we do ask that the property is vacant during our survey to minimise risks even further - this may be occupants in the garden or even just in a seperate room to the surveyor during this time. Our surveys will be completed as quickly as possible, usually between 1-2 hours depending on the property size.
